Lin Outten
Coach Lin Outten is one of the longest serving head coaches for Bayshore SC. Outten was a two-sport athlete for the University of Mary Washington (soccer and baseball), where he helped take the men's soccer team to the NCAA Tournament in 1985 and 1987. Outten then became a graduate assistant coach at Old Dominion University where he earned a Masters in Education, Sports Management. He was an assistant coach for the Monarchs for seven years while also serving as head coach of the Virginia Olympic Development Program. After being named interim-head coach for Old Dominion University, he became head coach of the Washington College Men's Soccer Team where he coached for nine seasons.
Outten holds a "A" License from the USSF and an advanced diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. He currently serves as head coach of the Kent Island High School Men's Varsity team who were Maryland State Finalists in 2017. Coach Outten is also currently the head coach of Bayshore SC's boys’ U16 Arsenal team.
