With a passion for soccer and decades of experience both on and off the field, Coach Quanté Bryan, affectionately known as Coach Q, is a dedicated leader and mentor in the Bayshore soccer community. Currently serving as the head coach of the 2014/15 boys team, Crew, he brings a wealth of expertise gained from previous roles as head coach for the Blue Stars and Riptide (Spirit), and assistant coach to renowned teams such as the Thorns and Reign. 

Coach Q has been an integral part of Bayshore Soccer for four years, where his commitment to player development and team success has flourished. Holding a Grassroots License with plans to obtain a D License, he emphasizes the importance of technical training and strives to instill confidence and skill in every player. His experience includes four years as a varsity player at Queen Anne’s County High School, years of club soccer at UMBC, and ongoing participation in adult leagues and pickup games, keeping his love for the sport alive. He served as a match official for several years before becoming a coach. Basketball and rugby are other sports he's enjoyed playing.

What sets Coach Q apart is his connection to Bayshore's mission. He values the organization's fighting spirit and its dedication to delivering top-notch training and development to the local soccer community. Whether through dynamic team technical sessions or personalized semi-private coaching, Coach Q is committed to helping players unlock their potential and excel on and off the field.
