Coach - High School Girls

At 21 years old, Coach Lucas Sloan is one of the rising young coaches in the area. He started his coaching journey as an assistant coach for boys soccer at Kent Island High School under Coach Lin Outten and his father, Coach Jon Sloan. Two years later, he has concluded his first season with the KIHS JV boys soccer team as their new head coach.

Coach Sloan looks to continue and build upon his new role with Bayshore SC and is currently working towards his coaching license. He is excited to coach for the club he played with as a child under Coach Outten. Coach Sloan loves that he gets to pass on what he’s learned from over ten years of soccer experience - to help kids develop their skills, to help them grow as players, and making an impact in these years of their lives brings him infinite happiness.
